How can I remove an item from my order?
If you wish to remove an item from an order you have placed with Glambot, please email customer service at help@glambot.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Items can not be added to your order after checkout.
Do you guarantee brand authenticity?
We guarantee the authenticity of all products listed on our site. If you feel that an item you purchased is not authentic, please send an email to help@glambot.com and we'll get the problem straightened out right away!
What does it mean when an item is Limited Edition
Limited edition items are only produced in limited numbers and often will be sold out within minutes of release. Discontinued items are those no longer made by the manufacturer.
How should I pack the makeup?
Send at least 20 qualifying items qualifying items. For refill makeup palettes, remove and individually wrap each makeup pan. If you cannot remove the pan, place bubble wrap between the palette lid and makeup. Shatter prone items should be individually bubble wrapped (ex: pressed powder). Non shatter prone items, (i.e. pencils, lipsticks, brushes) can be consolidated and wrapped as a group. Use an appropriately sized box and fully stuff with light weight material to prevent items from shifting during shipping. *Please note that Glambot will not buy items damaged during shipping
What does Glambot consider when buying my items?

Do You Give a Free Sample With Every Order?
We try our best to include one with every order but they're available while supplies last!
What Happens If My Sell Package Is Lost During Shipping?
Although this is a very rare instance, we don't have control over mail carriers. In such an instance, we are not accountable for your package but will do our best to help and accommodate you.
What happens to items that aren't accepted as part of my sell offer?
Because we have a small team and many sell packages to process, unaccepted items from accepted sell offers cannot be processed for return.
How Do I Cancel My Order?

To cancel an order you have placed with Glambot, please email customer service at help@glambot.com.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name and the order number.

Cancellations are allowed only if: 1) The order has not started fulfillment, and 2) Your request is within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note there is a $5.00 restocking fee for cancellations.

Where do you source your makeup?
We buy most of our makeup from trusted members within the makeup community.
What happens to items that don't get accepted?
If you reject your offer or if your package does not qualify, your items can be returned for the cost of return shipping. Non-qualifying items from accepted packages cannot be returned and will be recycled, disposed of, or listed for sale accordingly.
How long will it take for me to get paid?
Once you accept your offer, payment is issued in 24-48 business hours. Earn 30% more by getting paid in Glambucks (store credit) or accept your offer for Cash (paid via PayPal).
Why is selling to Glambot better than eBay or Craigslist?
We are much easier! You don't have to bother with taking photos, creating listings, back and forth messaging, or not getting paid- just pick at least 20* qualifying items to sell and ship them to us for free. *There is a 30 item minimum for International Sellers

How do I get paid?

How does selling to Glambot work?
Send at least 20* qualifying items to sell and ship them to us for free. We only accept items on our approved brands list. Once your package reaches our Sell Department, each item is reviewed for condition, brand, desirability, and amount of product remaining. We then make you an offer- if you accept, we give you cash (via PayPal) or Glambucks (earn 30% more in store credit!). If you decline the offer or if your package does not qualify for an offer, it can be returned to you for the cost of shipping. Get started now!

Is seller information kept confidential?
Yes! We keep all seller information confidential.
What About Packages Lost By USPS?
Glambot does not offer insurance for neither domestic or international orders. Any lost package with accurate tracking and shipping information is not eligible for a refund. Contact your local post office to claim a lost package.
What happens if I reject my offer?
All sellers are given the opportunity to reject their offer. If you do choose to reject, we will return your items for the cost of shipping.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
At Glambot, we aim for the stars to deliver you the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in its original condition. We even cover the cost of return shipping! Just send an email with your order number to help@glambot.com and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label right away.

*Please note that sale items can only be returned for store credit. Unused items are final sale.

Do you accept brands not listed on your website?
We have carefully selected each brand based on its popularity and glam factor, so we currently only accept brands and items listed on our What Can I Sell page.
Is it safe to apply used makeup?
Glambot's proprietary 5-step authentication and sanitization process guarantees each item is authentic and safe for you to use.
In what condition is the makeup and other items for sale on your website?
All of our items are pre-owned, but are double-checked for its condition and damage. We specifically look for noticeable scratches, dents or cracks in the makeup's casing. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of any item you receive, please send an email to help@glambot.com and we'll get the problem straightened out right away!
What does "fill" mean and how is it measured?
Fill refers to the quantity of remaining product in a makeup item. We determine this by comparing the remaining amount of makeup to the amount of makeup existing when the item was originally purchased from a retail store.
What are "MAC Pro" items?
These items are a separate range of MAC products and colors not available online to the general public. MAC Pro items tend to be highly pigmented and more versatile in the use; thus making them perfect for work in fashion, film or theater. Unlike many other sites, we never charge a premium for MAC Pro items.
Why do I need to pay a fee to pick up my international package?
Customs fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Contact your local customs office more more information.
